Shipping of your purchase
Your orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment, using couriers with tracking and guaranteed delivery. If you prefer to use a courier that is not on our list, please contact us before proceeding with your purchase. In any case, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage fees. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the goods. We recommend grouping your items into a single order, as we cannot combine separate orders placed individually; therefore, shipping costs will apply to each order.
Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but we take special care when packaging fragile items to ensure their protection.
Our boxes are appropriately sized and designed to provide maximum protection for your items.
Return Policy
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, you must notify us via email with photos and a description of the issue on the same day you receive the product, and if possible, report it directly to the courier. In these instances, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed with either a refund or a replacement, according to your preference.
